Approved: Cartuli’s Day & Whitejail present DJ Deep at Basing House
By Paul Vig | Published on Friday 21 June 2013
A key figure in French house music, DJ Deep comes forth to rock this small but well formed Shoreditch venue, previously known as On The Rocks. This chap cut his teeth DJing with Laurent Garnier in the 90s and has been on the circuit ever since, up there with the likes of DJ Cam, Dmitri From Paris, DJ Gregory and St Germain.
Tonight DJ Deep will be playing the tunes alongside Unai Trotti from Cartulis Music, and ThanksMate and Roberto Amo, both from Whitejail. Basing House is decked out with a Funktion One sound system, and boasts a roof garden too, which may just allow you to see the sunset on this here Summer Solstice. An intimate venue in which to see a big name in the world of house.
Friday 21 Jun, Basing House, 25 Kingsland Road, London, E2, 10pm-4am, £8-£12, more info here.
