Kenny Dope

US based Kenny ‘Dope’ Gonzalez, one half of the Masters At Work duo, headlines this Docklands event with an exclusive four hour set, and is reunited with the original MaW vocal star, India, aka Linda Viera Caballero. He’ll also be joined by CJ Mackintosh, Sean McCabe and Garage City stalwarts Bobby and Steve.

Kenny Dope is still on top of his game, and his mixing is top notch. India will be singing the classic Masters At Work hits ‘To Be In Love’ and ‘I Can’t Get No Sleep’, and having her on board too should make this night extra special (you might also know India from Louie Vega’s 1994 smasher ‘Love And Happiness’).

There will be three rooms in action, Jazzie B (the OBE winning Soul II Soul mainman) heads an 80s soul and R&B room alongside Paul Morrisey and co, whilst HouseFM deliver the latest grooves and beats with its in-house crew DJ Leo, Clemy Riley and friends.

Saturday 3 March, Proud 2, O2 Arena, Peninsula Square, London, SE10 0DX, £17.50 adv, more info from www.grooveodyssey.com
