So, Justin Bieber has confirmed reports that his on-stage throw up last weekend was down to that lethal combination of spaghetti bolognese and milk, eaten together before his show.

It’s a Canadian tradition, apparently. Spaghetti and milk that is, not vomiting in front of thousands of people. I certainly don’t remember either Bryan Adams or Celine Dion doing that.
