Antipodean pop type Cody Simpson has pushed back his European ‘Paradise’ tour, as was meant to begin on 19 Nov, all the way to February 2013. Apparently we have Cody’s “mate” and present US touring partner, one Justin Bieber, to blame for all this; Biebs having asked that Simpson stay on ‘on the road’ for the remainder of his ‘Believe’ arena trek.

Cody explains it all: “My mate Justin Bieber has offered me the chance to open for him on a lot of the upcoming Believe tour dates. This is going to force me to delay my trip to Europe and the UK in November. I am really sad that I will not see my European and UK fans but I will be there in February and March. I have been so excited about meeting my UK and European Angels since we announced the ‘Paradise’ tour and it hurts me to have to wait longer”.

Tickets for all cancelled shows will still be valid at the new ones, which are:

19 Feb: Glasgow, Concert Hall
23 Feb: Birmingham, Alexandra
26 Feb: Dublin, Vicar Street
1 Mar: London, IndigO2
3 Mar: Manchester, Opera House
