As Mick Jagger ‘teases’ (yuck) a potential Stones appearance at this year’s Glastonbury, and tickets go on sale for ATP’s shiny new Yeah Yeah Yeahs/Grizzly Bear co-curated I’ll Be Your Mirror, what else have we to say in terms of festival developments?

Well, lots of large-scale internationals (Primavera Sound, Coachella and Bestival, for instance) having now had their days revealing initial artist listings of late, several mid-sized events have taken their chance to do the same.

Take Austria’s ultra-niche Donaufestival, as will host Portishead man Geoff Barrow’s BEAK> and Drokk projects, plus en vogue alternative acts like Andy Stott, Laurel Halo, Holly Herndon, How To Dress Well, The Haxen Cloak and Actress.

Meanwhile, picturesque Welsh fest Gottwood adds Move D, Ben UFO, Extrawelt, Luke Vibert and Crazy P; Manchester’s ambivalently-sited Parklife calls on Hot Natured (aka Jamie Jones, Lee Foss, Ali Love and Luca C); and Farnham’s Weyfest clasps The Stranglers to its milky bosom (ie live bill).

Read on for all relevant info on those, and others besides:
