Festival line-up update: Standon Calling, Heineken Open’er, T In The Park and more

Standon Calling

First to set today’s FLUU-fire alight is Standon Calling, which has speed-dialled Simian Mobile Disco, Gilles Peterson, Nina Kravis and DJ Format to ask if they’d like to join its Digitalism/De La Soul/Band of Skulls-headlined listings. They all said yes, by the way.

Poland’s beer-backed Heineken Open’er has been equally as proactive in adding to its line-up, signing on a pair of ‘Crystal’ bands (that’s Castles and Fighters) and Matisyahu, all of whom align with (or slightly underneath) star Open’er attractions like Kings Of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, Blur, Nick Cave, QOTSA, Kenrick Lamar and Tame Impala. Hurrah!

And now it’s time to cast a glance over a list of the above plus additional FLUUs via T In The Park, Tramlines, and Sevenoaks’ charitable Lawnfest:
