Flaming Lips stream six hour song

Flaming Lips

The Flaming Lips have uploaded their six hour song (in three parts) to SoundCloud. As previously reported, earlier this month the band invited fans to pay $100 to have their names featured in the song, entitled ‘I Found A Star On The Ground’. All proceeds are being donated to the OK Humane Society and the Academy Of Contemporary Music at the University Of Central Oklahoma.

The song will be released on an EP with two shorter songs, ‘Evil Minds’ and ‘Butterfly, How Long Does It Take To Die’ (which you can hear here).
