Flying Lotus postpones all-night set, adds alternative
By CMU Editorial | Published on Friday 24 August 2012
Remember that all-night Brixton set Flying Lotus mentioned he’d be playing on 3 Nov? Well, it’s now not happening until an undisclosed date in 2013, for the quite valid reason that not all FlyLo’s live collaborators were available to appear on the original date.
In his own words: “The team is strong, so when we do a Brainfeeder all-nighter in London, we ALL need to be in there… if we’re gonna do it, we are gonna do it right”.
Quite right. In the meantime, Lotus will instead baptise his new LP, ‘Until The Quiet Comes’, at an alternative show at London’s Troxy on 16 Nov. Details on that here.
Refunds on Brixton tickets are available now, but can’t be transferred to the Troxy concert.
