Limp Bizkit heading to the studio

Limp Bizkit have announced that they will soon begin working on their new album. I thought they already had, but I suppose that was before guitarist Wes Borland rejoined the band.

Anyway, Fred Durst told the NME: “We’re about to go into the studio in a couple of weeks and record our new album. We feel very confident about that”.

Explaining how the band go about writing songs together, Borland said: “It takes all shapes and all forms. We’ve written songs during shows in the last tour. Sometimes it’s spontaneous, sometimes it’s like trying to take down a Tyrannosaurus Rex. It’s like a pool of ideas. It’s like a bunch of finished songs that everyone’s done on their home studio set-ups. Most of the meat of the record will probably be written when we’re in a room together”.
