Kit Downes Trio – Golden
Laura Marling – I Speak Because I Can

Paul Weller – Wake Up the Nation
The xx – xx

Some people said “Woo!”.

Most people said “What?”.

AIM said “Ooooooh, lots of indies”.

At least once person said “Is this the British version of the Polaris/Choice/Shortlist/AMP awards then?”.

The xx and Dizzee Rascal are already joint favourites to win, according to William Hill. A full report in tomorrow’s CMU Daily I reckon.
