The Echo Nest hires two ex-Gracenote staff

Metadata and app development company The Echo Nest has hired two new employees from leading metadata firm Gracenote, reports The Next Web. Both come from the Gracenote sales division, with John Sierotko joining the Nest as Chief Revenue Officer and Scott Ryan the new VP of Sales. At Gracenote they were SVP of Worldwide Sales & Marketing and VP of Sales respectively.
